What will I get for my money?

It will depend upon weather you subscribe to a Standard Listing or an Advanced listing, but all in all, you will get a full page in our directory dedicated to displaying information about you. The page will list all your details and if you wish a personal profile section giving additional information about you. This page can be searched by any user using the search on our home page. All subscriptions last for 1 year.

What is the difference between Standard and Advanced Listings?

When users search using our search feature on our home page it will return a list of therapists based upon that search. In this list a brief description is given for each therapist and the way the description is displayed depends on weather it is a Standard Listing or an Advanced Listing. Standard Listings are displayed in non-bold text and Advanced Listings are displayed in bold text. The only other difference is that a client who has an Advanced Listing will be able to include a web link within their page.

How do I pay?

Payments are made via paypal on a rolling year subscription. Once you pay for the first year paypal will try to collect payment as soon as the second year starts, unless you cancel your subscription before the next year starts.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time via paypal. If you wish to cancel then please contact us to let us know that you wish to cancel.

Can I change my details?

You may change your details at any time. Just email us with your changes and remember to include your password that you entered into the registration form in your email.
