Typical reasons why people might approach me for counselling are: past/previous addiction, loneliness, life transitions, work issus, traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties, low mood, anxiety, bullying, sexual identity, loss, bereavement, low self-esteem, difficulties in making decisions, personal development, separation and divorce. |

| Extra Information | I trained to become a counsellor at the University of Nottingham and completed a three year Masters in Counselling (Distinction). Prior to becoming a counsellor I worked in Midwifery and Education. I am committed to my own personal and professional development and attend regular counselling and professional supervision. I am a member of the British assosciation of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am bound by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy |
